Open the Starlight Shop and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple or Google account that bought Ad-Free. The Starlight Hint Pack is consumable and cannot be restored after its hints have been delivered.

Ads or privacy choices
Moonwhiskers waits for the required consent check before requesting ads. If an ad or rewarded hint is temporarily unavailable, check your connection and try again later; puzzle play remains available. When required, Privacy Choices in the game lets you revisit Google advertising consent.
