This policy explains how TreeByte Software handles information when you use Nonsense Academy on Android, iOS, or the web.

Learning data on your device
The app keeps lesson progress, achievements, preferences, and subscription verification status in local app storage. TreeByte Software does not operate a learning account or sync this progress to its own servers. Removing the app or clearing its data can remove this local progress.
Microphone and speech practice
Speaking exercises request microphone access only when you choose to use them. Some exercises analyze a short audio sample on your device. Other speech recognition features use your device's operating-system speech service, which may process audio online under that provider's privacy terms. The app does not intentionally save voice recordings to a file or send recordings to TreeByte Software. You can turn off speech practice in the app or revoke microphone permission in device settings.
Subscriptions and purchases
Where subscriptions are available, the purchase screen identifies the store or checkout provider and shows its price and terms. Google Play or the Apple App Store handles mobile payment and billing details. Nonsense Academy uses RevenueCat to retrieve plans, validate purchases, restore access, and check whether Nonsense Academy+ is active. RevenueCat processes an app-generated anonymous user identifier and purchase, subscription, and entitlement information for those purposes. TreeByte Software does not receive your full payment-card details. Store and RevenueCat records are handled under their own policies.
Network, analytics, and advertising
Subscription checks require an internet connection when purchases are configured. The app has no advertising SDK or third-party behavioral analytics SDK. TreeByte Software does not sell learning or microphone data. This website's hosting provider may process ordinary web request information, including IP address and request time, when you view this policy.
Your choices and contact
You can remove local learning data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through Google Play subscriptions.
